PRIVACY POLICY (UPPYPRO / UPGUN AI)

This Privacy Policy explains the principles regarding user privacy in the services provided by UPGUN AI through the Platform (UppyPro). For detailed legal information regarding personal data, the KVKK Data Protection Notice also applies.
1. Information We Collect
The following types of data may be processed during Platform usage:
- Account/membership information (name, surname, email, encrypted authentication data)
- Company/invoice information
- Instagram/WhatsApp integration data and messaging records
- Customer records entered in the CRM area (information entered by the User)
- Technical data (logs, IP, device/session information)
2. Message Content Retention (60 Days)
Incoming/outgoing message content processed through the Platform is retained for 60 days for the purpose of service delivery. This period has been determined based on in-platform operational needs and the nature of the service. Upon expiration of this period, message content may be deleted/anonymized.
3. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Platform may work with the following service providers:
- Meta (Instagram/WhatsApp): Messaging integration
- Supabase: Database and infrastructure hosting
- iyzico: Payment processing infrastructure (card information is not stored by UPGUN AI)
- Natro: Email infrastructure (for account/subscription notifications, etc.)
These providers' own privacy and security policies may also apply.
4. Payment Security
Payment transactions are processed through iyzico. Your credit card information is not retained by UPGUN AI; it is processed by the payment provider's infrastructure. The Platform may only retain limited payment records such as payment result/status information.
5. Information Security
UPGUN AI aims to ensure data security through access controls, authorization, encryption, logging, network security, and similar technical/administrative measures. Nevertheless, 100% security cannot be guaranteed due to the inherent nature of internet-based systems.
6. User Responsibility (CRM and Customer Data)
Customer data entered in the CRM area on the Platform is provided by the User. The User is responsible for:
- Collecting and processing data belonging to their own customers in compliance with applicable law;
- Carrying out the necessary notification/consent processes.
7. Cookies
The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and ensure security. A cookie preference screen and/or cookie policy may be provided for cookies other than essential cookies.
8. Email Communication
Operational emails such as account activation, payment/subscription notifications, and security notifications may be delivered through the Natro infrastructure. A separate consent mechanism is applied for marketing emails (if applicable).
9. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates shall take effect on the date of their publication on the Platform.
